Protection Security Unit
  • To ensure the security and security of our university against sabotage, fire, theft, robbery, looting, demolition, forcibly sacking people, threats and dangers of their health and body integrity,
  • To take other precautions required by the protection and security services, (To check the identity of the entry-exit to the establishment area, to prevent the suspect from going around in this area, to prevent the entry of officials and unauthorized persons to the places belonging to the organization and to be registered, to provide the necessary assistance in the accident,
  • To report the crimes committed or being committed within the scope of the duty to the general law enforcement officers, to perform other duties assigned by the unit supervisors.
  • Security, by making use of the technological possibilities required today; important places and schools are equipped with camera system and video and audio recordings are kept.

Cleaning Works Unit

  • To carry out the management and administration of the staff of general cleaning services,
  • Creating a personal file for each employee,
  • Follow-up and control of recruitment and layoffs,
  • To carry out the procedures related to leave, health services,
  • Following and warning of the payrolls showing the time of arrival and departure of the cleaning staff
  • To carry out the controls and take the necessary measures so that the university areas can provide clean, well maintained and regular service,
  • Storage of materials under the tender and distribution to units
  • To carry out the transportation, loading and unloading works needed in the units,
  • To ensure that the service is carried out effectively, efficiently and quickly,
  • To ensure that measures regarding occupational safety are taken,

Camera Monitoring and Card Management Unit

  • Providing video recordings to the relevant units in case of possible events and / or in special cases (theft, accident etc.)
  • To perform the feasibility studies for the cameras that are planned to be installed in new / old buildings, and to determine the camera locations in the network and the building project in the most efficient way. Undertaking the supervision at the application stage, taking the work completely and following the systems
  • In order to provide a better, up-to-date and high quality service, research and development for both existing server, camera, software and systems, hardware and configurations with more advanced technology.
  • Conducting / organizing research and demo studies to determine the best for the camera needs that are planned to be used in the university.
  • Sudden intervention to any malfunction under the responsibility of the unit
  • Integration of the installed security cameras to the monitoring and recording system
