THE UNIT LEGISLATION OF AUTHORITY, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Office of Administrative and Financial Affairs Department was included in the Administrative Organization Organization Chart of our University in accordance with the
Law No: 190 by the merger of the Department of Comptroller and the Support Services Department included in the Decree of the Law No. 124.

Administrative and Financial Affairs Department; Since its establishment, it has been carrying out the works under its responsibility within the framework of Laws and Regulations.
In this context, to ensure the most appropriate and efficient use of existing resources such as people, money and materials in order to carry out the activities economically and effectively.
