In order to contribute to the Institutes, Faculties, Schools and Departments affiliated with the Rectorate Headquarters units of our university; To ensure that the services and activities within our Agency are used in the most effective and efficient manner and offered to education and training services within the framework of the current legal regulations and budget opportunities for the economic and effective performance of the services and activities.
