Civil Defense Expertise

  • Preparing civil defense plans and updating these plans,
  • To coordinate the evacuation planning of public institutions and organizations,
  • To ensure the establishment and training of civil defense services,
  • To plan the supply and supply of tools, equipment and materials required for disaster, civil defense and emergency services by coordinating with the relevant units, to follow up the maintenance and protection of the existing materials,
  • To determine the necessary allowance for disaster, civil defense, emergency and mobilization services by coordinating with the relevant units and to ensure that they are included in the budget, to coordinate the intervention and to inform the top managers.
  • To follow and review the legislation, publications and directives related to the services and to fulfill their requirements,
  • To carry out works and processes related to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear defense,
  • To follow the implementation of the provisions of the Regulation on the Protection of Buildings from Fire, enacted by the Council of Miniters Decision No. 2007/12937 dated 27/11/2007,
  • To provide training to the personnel of the institution and private institution personnel subject to the supervision of the institution in the fields of disaster, civil defense, emergency, chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats and hazards, protective security and first aid, and to perform the secretariat service in the name of the institution
